Cronitorex is a monitoring service for the work nobody watches: cron jobs, deploy scripts, background workers, HTTP endpoints and SSL certificates.
A cron job that stops running fails quietly. There is no error page, no ticket and no user complaint. There is only a backup nobody took. Cronitorex turns that silence into an alert.
Your jobs send a ping when they start and another when they finish. Cronitorex builds a timeline out of them, and when a ping is late, missing or reports a failure, the alert reaches you within 60 seconds. HTTP endpoints and SSL certificates are checked from the outside, at the interval you set.
Cronitorex is spelled c-r-o-n-i-t-o-r-e-x, with -ex at the end. The name starts from cron, the Unix scheduler that has been firing jobs at a fixed time for decades.

There is no agent to install. Push monitoring is a single HTTPS request from your own script, and pull checks run from our infrastructure. Nothing is left on your servers to keep patched.
Cronitorex is a hosted service, not a package you run yourself. Every component runs on infrastructure inside the European Union, all traffic travels over TLS 1.3, and monitor configuration can be exported as YAML or JSON and kept in git.
